NoHo Corner
This historic preservation project, led by 1100 Architect, saw the full restoration of a 100-year-old building in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood, an historically landmarked district. Over the last several decades, the building had become structurally compromised and it had lost many of its original architectural details. Our intervention addressed both sets of challenges, bringing the structure up to full contemporary code and undertaking a meticulous restoration of the original architectural features, such as the parapet details along the roofline.
