To encourage collaboration among staff members, 1100 created an open and cohesive work environment for this venture capital firm. The various company divisions (management, administration, and research) have clear views of each other through the use of large glass doors and freestanding partitions. A wall composed of glass and beech pivoting panels dynamically divides the conference room from the rest of the space. The office also includes semi-private offices, research stations, administrative stations, a technical support area, and a substantial area for document storage.
