Midtown Office

For this project, 1100 Architect renovated the office of a private investment firm based in Midtown Manhattan. The renovation increased exposure to natural light and access to park views while enhancing circulation, spatial distribution, and visual communication in open work areas. Private offices and conference rooms are arrayed on the perimeter of the floor, separated from the central open work area by full-height glass partitions. As part of the 20,000-square-foot project, 1100 Architect developed a master plan for progressive company growth, allowing it to evolve in the coming years.
